PLC Control Coloring Machine(EDAC-12)

The EDAC-12 series DC-AC double wave coloring power supply is a high-energy power product developed based on similar coloring power supplies from ELCA in Italy, Spain, Germany, the United States, and other countries (in compliance with IEC-146 standard) and special coloring technology. It is primarily used for electrolytic coloring of aluminum alloy extruded profiles for architecture, surface coloring of aluminum alloy car parts, and other specialized electrolytic coloring applications.

The DC-AC intelligent coloring power supply operates by starting with pulsating DC output, activating the surface film layer on aluminum alloy surfaces after oxidation, and undergoing homogenization treatment. This ensures consistent color deposition of metal ions during subsequent AC electrodeposition, resulting in better color uniformity (i.e., small color difference), especially in light color series such as stainless steel imitation color, champagne, and light bronze. It is suitable for use with single salt, salt and nickel salt additives series products.

Advantages of using intelligent DC-AC coloring power supply:

  1. Improved uniformity of aluminum alloy surface coloring: The intelligent DC-AC coloring power supply applies pulsating DC current for homogenization treatment, followed by AC voltage for coloring, resulting in a consistent surface color.
  2. Strong process adaptability: Compared to ordinary coloring power supplies, the intelligent DC-AC coloring power supply has stronger adaptability to different processes.
